Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) supplying marine consumables, products, and solutions to every conceivable vessel type, our Marine Products division includes the Unitor brand of products, Timm ropes, Unicool refrigerants, and Unitor and Nalfleet marine chemicals.The Cylinder Coordinator will involve efficiently addressing customer inquiries related to cylinder commercial issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with business models. The role also entails coordinating with various teams to ensure competence, proper system usage, and optimizing cylinder turnaround on vessels.Who you will be working with:The Cylinder Coordinator will report to the Team Lead, Cylinder Coordination East.What you will be doing:Customer Fronting:Ensuring customers receive an efficient solution to all enquiries pertaining cylinder commercial issuesMonitor, report and follow-up on customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints/non-compliance to the cylinder business models agreedSupport correct administration of the assets on board customer vessels, including tracking of cylinders, analyzing cylinder discrepancies onboard customers\xe2\x80\x99 vesselUtilizing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situationsEscalating unresolved claims and credits to ensure these are resolved within KPI targetResponsible for adhoc control of the count of cylinders in customers\xe2\x80\x99 possessionInternal Stakeholder Management:Communicating with the rest of the Sales & CS teams, Credit team, Global Invoicing team, KL Coordination Team and OperationsSupport and assure competence in the network related to cylinder commercial models, including trainingEnsure correct usage of internal system with regards to all applications related to cylinder commercial transactionsSuggesting process improvements and ways of working through identifying recurring issues, trends and reporting them business process owner/managerWhat we are looking for:Diploma in Business or similar discipline.Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experienceAbility to deal with customers in a professional and empathetic mannerAbility to act on initiative in a proactive mannerGood interpersonal, influencing and networking skills with awareness of global cultural differencesResults and process driven, with an elevated level of responsibilityCo-operating attitude, being a team player that adapts to the team and builds team spirit, listens, consults and communicates proactively and upholds ethics and valuesWhat we offer:
