Are you eager to dive into the world of digital commerce and work with exciting brands? As an eCommerce intern, you'll be an essential part of our team--supporting Account Managers in daily client communications, preparing reports and presentations, tracking project progress, and conducting market research. You'll also collaborate with different teams like marketing and product to help bring great ideas to life.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in eCommerce, client management, and digital strategy. If you're organized, curious, and ready to learn, we'd love to have you on board!
Assist Account Manager in day-to-day client communications and coordination
Help preparing presentation, reports and performance summaries to clients
Track and update project timelines, and status reports
Conduct research on clients, competitors and market trends
Support internal coordination across teams (e.g. marketing, product) to meet client needs
Help identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities through client insights and data analytics
Who You Are

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising, and / or passionate about E-commerce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Analytical, comfortable with data and number-driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
Able to commit for full time minimally for 3 - 6 months.
