About Our ClientOur client is a well-known Danish multinational company in the field of aerodynamics. They have a strong presence globally and focuses on its resources on innovation, leading research and development.

• Contribute as key project member/lead in subject matter expert in planning/explore phase for evaluating standard solutions and processes
• Assist in assessment and configuration of firm\'s policy and standards in Construct/Configuration phase
• Define system setup to cover global needs accordance to firm\'s guidelines
• Prepare controls report for entities to document compliance with best-practice procedures, including user guides and checklists
• Review and test processes for other areas of the system
• Work as trainers during implementation/deployment and post-go live phase
• Involve in discussions for localization and customization processes
• Participate in UAT/ETE if needed
• Guide entities in problem-solving, process implementation, and general support post-deployment
• Ensure internal and external compliance in Group Finance role
• Define internal controls and encourage the use of standard solutions

The Successful Applicant

• At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Finance & Accounting, have knowledge of full set of account
• Finance functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a must
• Able to work independently and has excellent interpersonal skills collaborating with APAC individuals
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; must be able to think logically and process oriented.
• Meticulous, initiated and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Has an outgoing nature and enjoys challenges.
• Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized with a keen attention to details.
• Proficient with Excel worksheets.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Ability to speak Mandarin or a foreign languagewill be beneficial
