We are searching for a dedicated Data & AI Engineer talent to join our Data Team at IFS Capital in Singapore. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong passion for data and eager to gain hands-on experience to expand project exposures, especially in the field of data pipeline, management and AI Agent Workflow.
Responsibilities:

• Build database schemas, mappings, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows.

• Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines and perform API integration.

• Preprocess raw data to ensure consistency, quality, and usability.

• Optimize data storage for cost-effectiveness and performance.

• Govern data backup & recovery, data encryption and data integrity.

• Configure AI Agent workflow to auto-fetch data from documents and web-searching.

Requirements:

• Must be able to commit for 6 -12 months.

• Students pursuing Diploma / Degree/ Fresh graduate in computer science, data science, software engineering, information technology, mathematics, physics, or any related discipline.

• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills, critical thinking and resourceful.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficient in SQL and Python.

• Familiar with REST APIs (e.g. Flask, Django, etc.)

• Familiar with AI Agent Workflow

• Good knowledge of Database

• Good knowledge of Cloud Computing i.e AWS, Azure, Google Cloud is a plus.

• Good knowledge of Snowflake, Tableau, ETL tools, Github is a plus.
