The successful Data & AI Research Lead will be operating as a technical research & delivery lead managing various global AI/ML focused projects & programs. Role & Responsibilities: Conduct innovative research in Machine Learning & AI focused technologies (Computer Vision, NLP, Deep Learning, Speech Recognition) Manage key research projects & programs, whilst recruiting & developing the AI & Data teams Work alongside the regional R&D team to help implement methodologies to improve performance of AI/ML algorithms Liaising with multiple global R&D key internal stakeholders Produce high quality publications (i.e. quality and impact of academic publisher, citations and ranking of journal publications etc.) Experience & Qualifications: PhD or Masters degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related fields. With a specialization in Computer Vision, Image Processing, NLP, Deep Learning or Machine Learning.
