Responsibilities Coordinate data gathering through various protocols to ensure efficient, consistent and continuously improve the current data collection processes and systems. Identifying and improving products that have frequent similar issues. Generating the trending of the problems from the same analyzers base on their PLC. Report issues to the supervisor on a monthly basis. Supporting team leaders in data analysis. Develop in-depth business, analytical, and systems knowledge to improve/build analytical solutions, approaches and business recommendations. Building strong teamwork and positive culture within CC in SAP. Growing the Service Standard for CC within AP Region. Requirements . Graduate of Business Administration majoring in Business Analytics . 2 years of working experience in data analytics in instrument and consumables industries. . Microsoft office, good communication skills. . Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal and external customers.
