Core Responsibilities

Data Extraction and Processing: Efficiently extract and clean data from complex databases using SQL.

Analysis and Modeling: Utilize statistical methods and Python/R for in-depth analysis, building predictive models to support decision-making.

Visualization and Reporting: Create automated dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau/Power BI, clearly presenting key metrics.

Business Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, product performance, and market trends, providing actionable data-driven recommendations to product, marketing, and operations teams.

Required Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, with a background in fintech, e-commerce, or the internet industry preferred.

Hard Skills:

Proficient in SQL, with complex query capabilities.

Proficient in at least one data analysis language (Python or R).

Proficient in at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).

Soft Skills: Excellent logical thinking and communication skills; able to translate data results into business language.

Education: Major in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in data analytics within specific business areas such as payments, risk control, user growth, or marketing.

Experience using big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Understanding of machine learning models and their applications in business scenarios.
