Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Understand business data requirements and ensuring that solutions meet operational and business needs.
- Design complex dashboards, reports and visualization accordingly to business requirements.
- Analyse data from various system, statistics, service and/or products to identify opportunities for process and performance improvement such as manpower efficiency and risk evaluation etc
- Prepare analysis reports for Casino Finance\'s Management team to understand and to enable decision- making based on trends and/or patterns.
- Assist in developing solutions and tools to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Perform other duties or audit tasks as assigned
- Degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or other analytical fields preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of practical experience in business analytics, customer analytics or marketing analytics preferred
- Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau and SQL are preferred.
- Experience in building complex queries and data visualizations.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Be meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - works well in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
