Job Description

:

• Location: Buona Vista
• 5 days work week
• 12 months renewable contract
• Remuneration: Basic up to $5500 + completion bonus

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and organize data from different sources; clean up the data; as well as make and keep up the database.
• Analyze collected data pertaining to the equipment\'s performance, maintenance, breakdown, and cost for trends and patterns, and interpret results.
• Creating a detailed analysis of machinery operations outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for optimization.
• Gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in maintenance systems, processes, techniques, and strategies to improve efficiency and optimize cost.
• Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements
• Assist in designing the analytic model to provide management data-driven insights for decision making in determining future maintenance strategy.
• Time motion study (process study and time study on various process)
• Collect and take ownership of documents, their storage and retrieval, revisions, and dissemination internally and to vendors.
• Project schedule and cost monitoring, update, and reporting.
• Document control of the project including collection, storage and dissemination of documents, revision, and filing.
• Task planning and scheduling of meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science/ Data analysis a related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Project Management and data analyst role.
• Maritime basic knowledge preferred.
• Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point,
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
• Database languages for Access, SQL or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Excel including Pivot tables, Macros etc
• Report writing, and use of report generators
