Data Analyst (cybersecurity)
Job Description
We are currently working with a well-funded Cyber Security startup to seek a Data Analyst to join their team. The person will be responsible for analysing security logs and data sets to help refine dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze security logs and data sets to identify patterns and potential threats
Create reports and visualizations that transform complex security data into actionable insights
Support the team in monitoring security alerts and helping with initial triage
Assist in developing and refining dashboards
Participate in security research on emerging browser vulnerabilities and attack techniques
Help document security processes and findings for internal knowledge sharing

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
Familiarity with big data concepts and analytical tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
