Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Compile and organize data from various sources (Business Teams & Data Warehouse) to develop dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and financial metrics.
- Conduct analysis on the data to identify business trends and variances to provide insights to drive growth.
- Support preparation of budgets, forecasting and management reporting dashboards leveraging the data collected.
- Degree in Information Technology or any similar field.
- At least 4-6 years\' experience in Credit Cards team in a Banking or any Financial Institution.
- Proficient in SQL and in conducting Data analysis (via Excel) to identify trends or solve a business problem.
- Experience in managing performance reviews, internal strategy, product management for credit/debit cards.
- Able to create charts from data and make simple PowerPoint slides.
