Job Responsibilities
Maintain Credit DatabaseEnsure the credit database is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for performance. Perform regular audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement enhancements.

Maintain Data Dictionary for All Data Sources Utilized by Casino CreditDevelop and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary covering all relevant data sources. Ensure consistent data definitions and documentation across systems. Act as the custodian of metadata and data lineage for credit data.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for All Credit Reports, Dashboards, and ModelsOwn the design, development, and maintenance of credit-related dashboards and reports. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis. Support model validation and performance monitoring.

Maintain Data ETL Pipelines to Ensure Data Quality & IntegrityDesign, monitor, and optimize ETL workflows for credit data ingestion and transformation. Implement data quality checks and alerting mechanisms. Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements
Education & CertificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous.

ExperiencePossess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel and SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R. Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness. Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights. Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.

Other PrerequisitesNaturally curious and confident in challenging established practices, offering fresh perspectives to drive continuous improvement. Highly effective communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, relatable, and easily understood information.
