Description
Our client is a leading real estate investment manager with assets under management across 15 countries worldwide. They are recruiting a dynamic Data Analyst within ESG division.
Responsibilities
Reporting to SVP, Sustainability, you will drive the ESG data management, collection, entry and validation. You will engage with internal stakeholders across the firm to identify gaps and address enquiries related to ESG data. With a good understanding of ESG data process, you will assist in the training of property managers, support in the development and implementation of the data management protocols and best practices. You will assist in the analysis of ESG data trends and KPIs and support the preparation of ESG reports and disclosures.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you possess at least 1 to 2 years of data management experience. ESG and investment management experience is not a must. You are able to manage complex documentation, will take an analytical approach and possess strong attention to detail.
