Join the Data Strategy Group to support day-to-day data management operations for the
Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
and
Total Portfolio Data Mart (TPDM)
. You'll safeguard data quality and service levels, diagnose and resolve data issues, and partner with business users and technology teams to deliver reliable, well-documented data for decision-making.
Key responsibilities
------------------------
Data quality & reconciliation:
Execute daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations and controls; track results against
SLAs
; investigate exceptions and drive timely remediation.
Monitoring & troubleshooting:
Proactively monitor pipelines/jobs; perform first- and second-level analysis to resolve load failures, performance bottlenecks, and data anomalies.
SQL analysis:
Write, optimize, and review SQL to profile data, validate logic, and produce ad-hoc analyses and reconciliations.
Issue management:
Log, triage, and own data issues through resolution; perform root-cause analysis; raise change requests as needed.
UAT:
Design test scenarios/cases, prepare test data, execute
UAT
, document results, and sign-off with stakeholders.
User support:
Handle user queries and access requests; clarify requirements; provide timely updates and workarounds.
Documentation:
Produce and maintain technical/functional specifications, data dictionaries, lineage notes, SOPs, and runbooks.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project leads, data engineers, and business users to improve processes, controls, and data models.
Required qualifications & skills
