Data Analyst
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to improve business processes.
Assist in designing experiments, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
Maintain documentation of methodologies, data sources, and analysis processes.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
Min 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
