Prepare reports and present the data to stakeholders on all levels of the organization in an easily accessible manner
Use data analysis tools for data extraction from various data sources.
Create database processes and systems to manage data.
Use statistical tools and data analysis to predict market trends and share actionable insights.
Perform analytics to measure effectiveness of Operations, Products, Sale and Marketing team
Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering and Product teams to figure out data need, identify trends/ opportunities and solve problems
Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
Evaluate and report performance of marketing activities by metrics and data analysis (Google analytics, Raw data etc.)
Requirements

Proficiency in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using SQL, Python and/or R
Fluent with the workings of platforms for data processing, such as Apache Spark and Hadoop
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Experience in Querying, extracting, and transforming large data sets and leveraging data from various sources.
Technical experience working with data models, database design development, segmentation and data mining techniques
Knowing how to apply and create accurate algorithms for datasets to identify solutions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
