As the public healthcare supply chain agency, we design and execute a national level end-to-end supply chain blueprint in partnership with 27 Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore.

About The Role

As a Data Analyst in ALPS, you will b

e based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore

, you will be responsible for the procurement data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse complex procurement datasets to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Developing comprehensive analytics frameworks to monitor and evaluate procurement performance metrics such as Savings, Spend and Turnaround Time. Design & implement automated reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into procurement KPIs, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on accurate, timely data. Identify automation opportunities within procurement workflows, design RPA solutions for data processing and KPI generation. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require the employee to effectively balance diverse stakeholder needs while managing concurrent priorities. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with experience in Data Science, Data Analytics or Statistic 3 years of hands-on experience in database, data processing & data mining (exposure to Procurement or Supply Chain analytics will be highly advantageous) Apply, or develop and implement, appropriate analytic tools and techniques to resolve data-scientific problems. Communicate findings & insights gained clearly using appropriate visualisation tools- Able to work both independently and as a team player Meticulous with an eye for detail & committed to maintaining high data quality & process accuracy Strong proficiency in data analytics tools - includes advanced Excel VBA capabilities and platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau or similar visualization tools Excellent analytical skills to identify trends & ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
