Data Analyst


Salary: Up to $7,000


Work Schedule: 5 days' work week (Monday - Friday)


Contract: Till January 2026 (extension depends on business needs)

About the Role


We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team! You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be managing survey data, analysing complex datasets, and creating compelling visualizations and reports. You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and support our data-driven culture.


Responsibilities


Identify, collect, and manage data from various sources, with a primary focus on survey outcomes. Analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that impact business performance. Prepare and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders. Evaluate existing business processes and recommend more efficient data collection and analysis methodologies. Collaborate with survey consultants, management, and cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business effectiveness. Perform other related data analysis duties as assigned.
Requirements


Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages like Python or R is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Diploma/Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
