Job Responsibilities

Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions to drive growth and manage risk. Apply supervised and unsupervised modelling techniques using structure and unstructured data to build predictive solutions in the areas of credit underwriting, income estimation, fraud detection etc. Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards. Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse business functions and key performance metrics. Translate business and technical requirements into data interfaces, data transformation jobs and design data models that powers self-service analytics or AI projects. Support the data engineers, product managers and developers to develop data pipelines to automate data acquisition, cleansing and transformation for Data Lake and Data Marts. Interface with technology, product, credit, investor relations & other business teams to formulate solutions & drive product/process changes informed by your findings and business inputs/reality. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders in various business units. Relentless effort to research and apply latest ML techniques, willing to share the best practices with team.

Qualifications

Minimum BA/BS in Comp. Sci., Engineering, Data Sci., Statistics, Econometrics. Master's Degree is preferred. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience is preferred. Experience in problem solving especially in the Fintech and lending domain is preferred. Work experience and knowledge of more than one domain - Risk Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, Marketing Analytics will be a plus. Experience in BI and visualization tools: PowerBI/Tableau, Streamlit, is preferred. Coding and modelling skills in Python, MySQL, NoSQL as well as experience in ETL / ELT. Demonstrated track record of defining business objectives followed by formulating analytics problem statement to solve. Experience in collaborating with the data engineers for Data Lake (e.g. Snowflake) and Data Mart development would be a plus. Sound understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS or others). * Strong drive to build exceptional data assets.
