The Data Analyst is a key part of this mission and will play a crucial role in Regional Data Program initiatives. The role requires a competency in Smartsheet which is the foundational tool for data gathering and reports. In addition the role is expected to understand the overall business process and have analytical skills to visualize the insights required by stakeholders.Responsibilities include:Working with business line owners to develop requirements, define success metrics, manage and execute analytical projects, and evaluate results.Acting as POC for Smartsheet and relevant reports and dashboards in google platform (Plx)Developing Smartsheet forms, reports and dashboard from information gathered from a variety of internal and external sources.Translating stakeholders requirements and questions and providing solutions through reports and dashboards.Driving Data Quality and Governance in multiple sourcesUnderstanding the overall business process and developing process maps for data programsMaintenance of key reports and dashboard as part of BaU.Continuous improvement on data gathering, analytics and the overall process.Produce dashboards which are fit for purpose and provide insight and narrative to the end-users based on data and to support reporting to management groups.Training end-users on new tools, reports and dashboards.Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
