The Senior Executive will support the organization's strategic growth in Value-Based Care (VBC) under Clinical & Academic Development. This role assists in data analytics, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to improve clinical outcomes and optimize resource utilization. * Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring
Analyze healthcare utilization and clinical data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor clinical outcomes and healthcare service utilization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure dashboards and indicators meet operational and strategic needs to drive Valued-Based Care in NHG Health.
Stakeholder Engagement
Support the Assistant Director in leading stakeholder engagement and drive strategic planning for Valued-Based Care initiatives across NHG.
Partner with external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health (MOH), Synapxe, and other key organizations, to align processes and resource planning with VBC strategies.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Prepare analysis findings, meeting papers, and presentation materials to senior management and MOH
Support the team to drive stakeholder engagement to accelerate VBC implementation.
2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Areas of Responsibility Percent of Time Spent Measurement Criteria Drive improvements through data analytics, including analyzing patients' utilization and creation of condition specific dashboards to monitor improvements. 40% Conduct analysis and create dashboards to monitor condition specific measurements, aligned with workplan. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to align measurements and drive Value-Based Care improvements. This will include but not limited to the following objectives: * To optimize key resources' utilization and ensure cost effectiveness.
To work with institutions to develop and maintain a financially sustainable value delivery system.
To benchmark NHG's performance nationally and internationally (where apt) in delivering value to patients, NOKs, and staff, and encourage a culture of sharing best practices.
20% Team player - collaborates and get buy-in from multi-stakeholders. Conduct data analysis and leverages relevant resources to identify opportunities that deliver meaningful outcomes for both patients and providers. 20% Accurate and reliable analysis to drive decision making Prepare regular quarterly reports, meeting papers, and presentation materials for senior management and MOH. 10% Succinct & impactful presentation materials To undertake any other duties assigned by the Supervisor 10% 3. Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in data science, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Exposure to work or internships in data analytics will be advantageous.
Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R) is a plus.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
