Minimum Polytechnic Diploma / Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights A positive mindset with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Passionate about using data to drive strategic business decisions and growth Solid understanding of statistical methods, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives Help grow market share, penetrate niche markets, and increase customer retention using data-driven insights Create dashboards, visual reports, and performance metrics to guide decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations Conduct market and customer analysis to evaluate trends, preferences, and opportunities Design, implement, and monitor data collection systems to optimize data quality and efficiency Support marketing and business teams by providing statistical analysis on campaign effectiveness and customer behavior Manage data governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management to communicate findings clearly Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence
