Job Description

What the role is:
A highly motivated individual interested in software development and a strong desire to build purposeful applications to protect public health and safety.
What you will be working on:

Build and deploy software applications on AWS GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) for document search and query, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards o Deploy LLM/VLM models for digitisation pipeline for document processing and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) o Evaluate and optimise RAG performance for document-based querying

What we are looking for:

Preferably with training in computer science, data science or related disciplines o Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Bedrock, ECS/EKS), containerisation (Docker), and AI/ML deployments o Proficiency in frontend (React) and backend (Python) application development, preferably to production environment o Experience or interest in RAG methodologies and/or data science o Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering o Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills o Possess ability to multi-task and work well within a fast-paced, project-focused environment
