About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented

Data Analyst

to join our team. You will transform data into strategic insights that drive decision-making across marketing, client acquisition, and business operations.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about

data storytelling, performance tracking, and optimisation

in the wellness and luxury service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources (CRM, website analytics, ad platforms, and operations systems). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs across client engagement, marketing, and service performance. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business growth and decision-making. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve data-driven strategy. Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to optimise marketing ROI and customer lifetime value. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy standards. Present findings in clear, visual, and actionable formats for leadership review.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field. 3-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Strong understanding of data modelling, KPI tracking, and performance marketing metrics. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in wellness, hospitality, or luxury industries is an advantage.
