Data Analytics and Visualisation Manager

Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirement and plan solution to address data needs
- Collect data from various data sources and perform data cleaning and normalisation for dashboard
- Create wireframes with a focus on user experience, correctness, and visibility
- Develop and publish dashboards with proper access controls
- Solve any data or performance issues related to workbooks
- Project management of data governance related initiatives supporting the Data Governance team

The Ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or equivalent work experience required.
- Certification in Data Visualization (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in data analytics and visualisation.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience required.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and/or Microsoft Power BI
- Strong data mining skill using query languages and/or Tableau Data Prep
- Practical experience in programming (e.g. VB, Python) through work projects
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. building macros, pivot tables, interactive dashboard etc.) with the ability to learn other analytic tools
- Experience in designing and building data products and pipelines using Spark, Airflow
