Key Responsibilities
- Lead a regional Data & Analytics team, overseeing staffing, performance, and development
- Collaborate with sales to scope, position, and deliver Cloud-native solutions
- Act as executive sponsor for major programs, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Build service capabilities aligned with industry trends and client needs
- Drive operational excellence, reusable practices, and scalable delivery models
- Lead customer engagements from pre-sales to execution, focusing on outcomes and value
- Recruit and mentor talent while promoting a culture of high performance
- Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure governance and reporting excellence
- 15+ years in solving business and technical challenges; 5+ years in leadership roles
- 10+ years delivering enterprise-scale Data & Analytics solutions
- Strong Cloud, Agile, and SDLC expertise
- Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead diverse teams
- Experience in ASEAN with willingness to travel regionally
