What you do
Champion GM process automation initiatives through RPA program
Engage in teams' daily routines supporting auto reports distributions and BOTs maintenance
Identify repetitive, rule-based tasks within FO workflows and conduct feasibility analysis for automation
Collaborate with trading and sales desks to understand pain points and discover automation opportunities
Work with RPA vendor to validate the design, debug the code, test and implement RPA solutions across FO desks
Monitor BOTs performance in production and resolve issues promptly
Implement enhancements based on users feedback and evolving business needs
Maintain proper documentation for all RPA workflows adhering to bank EUC development standards
Analyze bot performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Provide efficient backup for other team members
Participate in regular audit system reviews, support regulatory data queries from internal and external parties
Work closely with IT and other supporting partners (Risk, Ops, Finance, GDO) on system issues resolution, system and process enhancements
