Bachelors/ Essential university degreeRelevant years of experienceExperience and/or knowledge of financial & banking industryStrong communication skillsEffective written and presentation skillsKnowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage but not essentialAbility to work at strategic and tactical operational levelsExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to promote positive work relationshipAbility to think clearly, analyze and resolve problems with good judgmentDisplay a flexible attitude to work and a great team playerUnderstand criticality and concepts of information securityExperience in data analysis and MIS reportingIdentify and resolve data quality issues.Develop data quality reports and dashboards using Python and Java.Implement data validation and cleansing processes.Programming skills e.g. Python or Java, as well as a good understanding of data management and quality assurance practices
