Valores Global is a Singapore-based consultancy that helps businesses transition to sustainable energy and low-carbon operations. We provide practical solutions in renewable energy sourcing, carbon accounting, and environmental reporting. Our expertise includes solar energy projects, Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), and sustainability strategy, enabling clients to meet regulatory requirements while advancing their ESG goals.

We are looking for a motivated Data & Operations Intern to support our team in building dashboards, improving data systems, and delivering insights that guide business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, organizing information, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities:
1. Dashboarding & System Creation

• Assist in developing and maintaining internal dashboards to track operations and performance.
• Help streamline workflows by setting up simple data management systems.

2. Data Processing & Consistency

• Apply complex rates/formulas across different spreadsheets.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources.

3. Business Insights & Reporting

• Consolidate and organize data from different departments.
• Support in generating reports and identifying trends to aid management decision-making.

Suitable for those who are:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Have strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Familiar with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
• Attentive to detail and ability to check data for accuracy.
• Analytical with curiosity to understand business operations.
