Responsibilities:

Manage and track data labeling projects, deeply understand data collection and labeling requirements, and drive efficient project execution. Independently oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle -- align standards, draft labeling SOPs, conduct training and Q&A sessions, and ensure timely project delivery. Be familiar with common labeling tasks such as semantic segmentation, bounding box annotation, and 3D point cloud labeling. Proactively identify risks and monitor project progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of project management experience. Majors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or Big Data are preferred. Strong understanding of common algorithm models and their data requirements; prior experience managing data collection or labeling projects in robotics or large model (foundation model) domains is a plus. * Excellent communication, coordination, and comprehensive project management skills.
