The global industrial workplaces are dangerous and inefficient, with fatalities happening every 10 minutes and 35% of the time being spent on non-productive activities.At Ailytics, we believe that workplace safety and productivity are non-negotiable and can be easily improved with the adoption of the right technology. Using the latest breakthroughs in AI, we empower the workplace to have 24/7 monitoring of their operations, receive real-time violation notification, and optimize their operational bottlenecks, resulting in up to 25% reduction of the human and economic cost of workspaces.We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to work on meaningful projects that solve business challenges through various roles.We\'re prioritising candidates who can complete this internship on a full-time basis of at least 3 months.Responsibilities:

• Data Collection:
• Collect data from new and existing deployments.
• Ensure data quality in terms of variety, lighting, and angles.
• Be proficient in using Video Management software.
• Data Labelling:
• Label objects based on specific guidelines.
• Review labelled data and identify model\xe2\x80\x99s deficiencies.
• Documentation:
• Upkeep of guidelines and procedures for data collection and labelling.
• Model Testing:
• Collect test videos from various deployments to evaluate model\xe2\x80\x99s performance.
• Suggest areas of improvement for data collection and labelling.
• Script Writing:
• On an ad-hoc basis, assist in the writing of scripts to improve processes and increase efficiency in manipulation of data.
• On-site deployment:
• Provide data collection and labelling services at the physical deployment.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders:
• Communicate updates to internal stakeholders on progress, priorities, and problems.
• Assist in communication with external stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis, for example, demos.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Knowledge of Computer Vision or Video Analytics or IP camera technologies and platforms is a great plus.
• Willing to collect and label video and image data
• Familiarity with Project Management software (like Jira, Confluence) is a plus
• Self-starter, growth mindset, and able to work in cross-functional teams.
