Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data architecture solutions that meet the organization\'s data requirements.
  • Work with business analysts, data scientists, software developers, and other IT professionals to understand the organization\'s data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop data models and schema designs that ensure scalability, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Define data standards and guidelines for the organization and ensure that they are followed.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and secure.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to other IT professionals working on data-related projects.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that data architecture solutions are integrated with other systems and processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improving data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and data management principles.====
  • Experience with data integration technologies such as ETL and API integration.
  • Experience with Big Data tools e.g. Apache, Hadoop, Hive, etc.
  • Ideally some experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
