Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Modeling


Conduct ad-hoc and exploratory analyses to address business challenges and support strategic initiatives. Develop and apply statistical models to identify patterns, validate hypotheses, and derive actionable insights. Detect trends, diagnose anomalies, and provide data-driven recommendations.
2. Data Management & Governance


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions align with business requirements and data governance standards. Develop standardized processes for data definition, source management, and quality assurance. Design and implement efficient data extraction and consolidation processes across multiple systems.
3. Data Strategy & Innovation


Stay abreast of emerging analytics technologies and explore innovative applications to drive business value. Use data-driven approaches to identify inefficiencies and proactively improve business workflows.
4. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement


Translate analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Regularly engage stakeholders to align expectations, exchange feedback, and ensure clarity of objectives. Conduct stakeholder mapping to understand relationships, drivers, and influence levels. Present solution options and explain their potential business impact.
5. Business Requirements & Solutions Development


Elicit and document business requirements through effective engagement with operational and management stakeholders. Analyze data to define business problems, identify opportunities, and recommend optimal solutions.
6. Software & Systems Development


Develop and configure analytical models, software agents, or programs aligned with business needs. Test and validate models to ensure performance accuracy and reliability. * Collaborate with BTS to design scalable data collection, storage, and analysis systems.
