Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Risk Management
Manage day-to-day operations of data center facility systems. Oversee
preventive and corrective maintenance
to ensure system reliability. Respond promptly tosystem faults
oremergencies
, mitigating risks to availability. Monitor and report onoperational performance
and uptime of colocation (COLO) partners.Capacity & System Management
Plan and manage
power and cooling capacity
to support business growth. Driveoptimization projects
to enhance capacity, efficiency, and resilience. Developperformance benchmarks
and prepare analytical reports for management review.Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with
colocation providers
and ensure SLA compliance. Work withprocurement teams
to influence service strategy and performance standards. SupportIT and project teams
in infrastructure planning and daily operations. Partner withdesign and construction teams
for new data hall builds, fit-outs, and commissioning.Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure a
safe and compliant
working environment at all times. Maintain adherence toregulatory standards
and internal operational procedures. Promote a strongsafety culture
and continuous improvement in risk management.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.3+ years
of experience indata center critical facility operations
, or5+ years
in large-scaleindustrial or plant operations
. Strong understanding ofMEP systems
includingUPS, generators, chillers, pumps
, andcooling towers
. Proven ability to identify and mitigateoperational risks
and ensure timely resolution. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
in English. Highlydetail-oriented
, with a strong commitment tosafety, efficiency
, andoperational excellence
