Data Center Customer Operations Engineer II

Job Summary
Conducts testing and basic installations, calling out issues as required.

Responsibilities
Installations

Installs ladder racks and fiber raceways

Builds/Installs cages

Installs cable management/support systems to include vertical wire managers, horizontal wire managers, and patch panels

Performs intra-cage and infrastructure installations

Installs and grounds cabinets and two-post racks

Queue Management

Advances SRs that require additional information

Testing/Troubleshooting

Conducts carrier circuit testing

Cross Connects

Installs/Tests/Modifies cross connects per SOPs and ensures proper cable management of: coax, fiber, twisted pair copper, and intra-building cross connects

Documentation/Reporting

Maintains accurate notes and records of activity fulfillment in ticketing system

Projects

Supports fulfillment of projects with direction from senior staff

Training

Completes all assigned training in a timely manner

Customer Management

Supports customer satisfaction through timely and precise orders

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

A minimum of Higher Nitec in a techical field is preferred
