Job Description
Responsibilities * Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc. * Perform remote hand service based on customer guideline. * Supervise Vendo Responsibilities Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc. Perform remote hand service based on customer guideline. Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc. Escort customer for Data Halls visit Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager. Incident handling Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers' IT equipment racks & equipment move-in. Perform cable connection test for Customers' IT equipment Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list etc. Temperature monitoring Requirements Good working attitude About 1 years' experience of NOC operation in Data Centre/Telecommunications industry Familiar with NOC resource management, such as rack space, cable management etc. Shift duty required Provide shift work Emergency service Please kindly email your resume in Ms Word to [HIDDEN TEXT] We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
