Conduct independent or third-party reviews and manage SLA compliance.
Maintain and update diagrams for DC/cage layout, network and power cabling, and asset inventory.
Forecast, plan, and manage monthly expenses.
Handle incident documentation, contract changes, and renewals.
Oversee asset tagging, routine inspections, tools management, and equipment registration control.
Identify, draft, and implement procedures, including associated training.
Manage tape inventory, cabling, patch panels, and power/network cabling.
Perform routine site inspections and monthly performance monitoring.
Define support structures, roles, and responsibilities, and manage manpower.
Control access cards, rack keys, and logs, and review CCTV recordings.
Conduct yearly inventory reviews, manage rack keys, and space planning.
Oversee access card control and security log reviews.
Manage annual internal and external audits.
Implement and monitor procedures to ensure policy compliance.
Review and renew vendor contracts as needed.

*banking or financial industry experience is desirable.
