The Talent

• Bachelor\'s degree in information systems/technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferred certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Networking, System Administration, and Cyber Security is a definite advantage.
• Possess a minimum of two years of work experience in related technical domains and the industry.
• Strong data analytical and project management skills.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written, with excellent presentation skills to articulate proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive with a keen sense of responsibility, adept at problem discovery and resolution.
• Self-motivated individual committed to continuous improvement and excellence in Airport IT systems management.

The Job

• Collaborate closely with internal and external airport stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Work with technical teams, both internal and external, to propose comprehensive technical solutions and define key performance indicators for measuring success.
• Implement effective project and change management practices to ensure delivered solutions align with technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
• Evaluate, refine, and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement initiative.
• Take ownership of project delivery, coordination, and site supervision, including tasks such as permit applications and submissions.
• Manage 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of Airport IT systems situated across Changi Airport premises, adhering to industry best practices.
