Julian Grey\'s client is a Singapore based solution provider for high quality IT security products to value add to their MNC clients & channel partners, and has been in the market for 25 years. With a team of more than 200 highly experienced professionals, the company is looking for individuals who are passionate about the IT security industry to join their rapidly expanding team.

Location: Tampines (Shuttle bus provided to and from Tampines MRT)
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee building and data centre facilities components, including BMS/EMS/Fire D&P/Chiller, Electrical etc
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of facility equipments
• Up to date management of facilities and equipment maintenance and contracts
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings
• Responds to emergency and be on 24x7 standby
• Oversee new data centre projects including renovation and maintenance
• Responsible for site inspections / audits by external authority (eg. HDB/LTA/NEA/FSB)
• Scheduling and tracking of servicing jobs and vendor management on a day to day basis

The Ideal Candidate

• Educational qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Must possess broad-based knowledge and skills in the areas of building technology, mechanical and electrical services and facilities management
• At least 1 - 2 years\' relevant experience in DC facility management and vendor management
• Project management experience is preferred
• Possess good multi-task and job tracking skills
• Great internal and external stakeholders
