We are working with a well known regional project management consultancy in seeking a seasoned Equipment Installation Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from design to handover, ensuring timely, quality deliverables while mitigating risks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service teams, to drive projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project elements, identify contractual discrepancies, and mitigate commercial, technical, and site risks
- Conduct conceptual studies, liaise with local authorities, and oversee design, procurement, subcontractor management, construction, and testing/commissioning of building and M&E facilities
- Ensure compliance with Mission Critical facility requirements, working closely with consultants, DC owners, and building landlords Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of construction management experience with a contractor and/or consultancy
- Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects, including interior A&A/fit-outs
- PMP certification and Certified Data Centre Professional designation are plus points
