About Our Client
The company is a well-established company in Singapore with a strong reputation locally.
Reporting to the Data Centre Facilities Management Lead, the candidate will be responsible to:
- Ensure the reliability, stability and smooth operations of data centres
- Troubleshooting and repair of data centre equipment
- Perform preventive facilities activities including inventory control, critical systems checks and functional testing
- Respond to BMS/EMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations
- Respond to facilities level crisis management activities including, but not limited to, power outages, HVAC outages, fire alarms and security concerns
- Supporting 24x7 data centre operations to ensure adherence and compliance to customers\' SLAs
The successful candidate will have:
- ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in data centre facilities management and operations
- Knowledge and experience in electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, power outages, fire alarms, etc
- Analytical skills with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work on rotational shifts
