Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for storage management, including but not limited to management of space, SAN, RAID configuration, LUN, zone, security, business continuity volumes, performance, etc.
- troubleshooting, System & Network Administration, reporting, documentation, security services etc of all the IT Systems and Servers of Data Center.
- Troubleshooting of hardware problem of IT Infrastructure including network (active/passive) equipment’s, Security and rectification of the same.
- Monitoring and administering the network within the DR up to the integration points with LAN.
- Support IT projects and Transformation programs for the firm.
- Work with Project / Program team and other technology stake holders to deliver solution that fit the purpose.
- Developing high quality design documents for Network infrastructure.
- Follow industry best-practices to develop network design.
- Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objective are well-defined and met for all designs delivered.
- Develop runbook for service migration from old to new network.
- Present designs in various technology forums.
- Participate in Design discussions with various teams to drive consensus.
- Experience with scripting / automation using Python / Ansible is a strong plus.
- Familiar with network security best practices
- Minimum 2.5 Years and above of relevant experience is a must
