Company OverviewThe hiring company is a well-established technology & infrastructure firm that powers the technology for some of the largest MNCs and famous brand names. In the midst of scaling up their data center operations teams, they are actively hiring for a Data Centre Network Manager to strengthen their technical capabilities with a customer-centric approach.Job Responsibilities

• Provide overall expertise in the company\'s data center network operations functions
• Design, implement, and oversee intricate core and data center network infrastructure to ensure optimal availability, performance, and scalability.
• Be the escalation point of contact for critical network services for internal and external customers
• Lead, coach and motivate a highly responsive and customer-focused team of L2 and L3 engineers to ensure the effective operation of the NOC
• Collaborate across teams to align network infrastructure with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
• Ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met
• Ensure network operations are in compliance to regulatory and industry standards while identifying and implementing operational efficiencies best practices to improve productivity and performance

• Degree or relevant qualifications in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in network engineering, preferably with team management experience
• Certifications in CCNA/CCNP/ITIL
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP
• Prior experience in data center networking experience with network security practices and firewall configuration will be highly regarded
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
