Lead, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for the 24x7 DC Operations team.
Serve as the primary escalation point for operational incidents and staffing issues.
Develop and manage shift schedules, ensuring continuous coverage and handling rotation/time-off requests.

Operational Management & SOP Compliance
Own, update, and enforce all DC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team adherence to SOPs.
Oversee first-level incident response, including basic network and server troubleshooting.
Ensure staff follow procedures for vendor escort, system alert monitoring, and timely escalation of issues.

Server & LAN Room Management
Maintain optimal server room layouts for efficient cooling and cable management.
Manage access control and environmental monitoring systems.
4.
Data Centre Management
Oversee physical access management, including biometric and key card systems, and maintain audit logs of all visitors and team activities.
Perform capacity planning and resource allocation.
Implement and manage high-level monitoring systems for data centre assets.
5.
Service Request & Incident Management
Ensure proper logging and timely escalation of service requests and incidents.
Monitor backend systems to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
2 years of people management experience.
Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting; Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
Familiarity with ITSM systems and backend monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of operational methodologies.
