Job Title : Data Centre Support Engineer

Job Location : Jurong East, Singapore

Job Type : Contract 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage, monitor and resolve issues concerning data centers and their facilities infrastructure.
• Maintain the asset register of equipment inside data centre.
• Conduct on-site management of works such as site preparation, site survey and system maintenance of facilities infrastructure.
• Monitor to ensure the good health of facilities infrastructure such as UPS, air-conditioning and fire detection/suppression system.
• Oversee the preventive maintenance of facilities infrastructure.
• Administer Security Management systems (such as CCTV and visitor management system).
• Manage the physical access to data centres.
• Manage the movement of equipment in and out of data centre.
• Manage the incident response to data centre alarms.
• Perform documentation and maintain operational procedures.
• Participate in all internal and external audits.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience at data centre support.
• Degree in IT or related field.
• Knowledge on IT Matters.
• Good communication skill.
• Proficient in documenting processes.
