Data, Digital and Technology (DD&T) Intern

Primary Objectives of this Job

This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of digital initiatives across the site through the execution of the Site's DD&T roadmap. Work closely with the site functions in collecting business processes and demands. Assist in the development of system documentation and training materials as well as provide training to the internal team and users.

Responsibilities

Support site digital transformation programs and projects. Support and develop site paperless projects on forms/logbook/OJT etc. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful collaborations. Provide simple training to business users on digitalization projects. Develop and execute unit/system test cases, scripts and plans. Understand and follow appropriate SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes. Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Establish and maintain relationships within the different team and cross function groups. Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements. Commitment to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behavior in accordance with Takeda's Code of Conduct. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally. Basic knowledge of the application development process will be advantage. Must be detailed oriented and able to work within a team setting. Have a good analytical mind, resourceful and perseverance to investigate, determine the root cause to errors.
