Job Description

:

• Design and develop data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from multiple sources.
• Build a data assets platform, serving as a centralized repository for managing and accessing data assets.
• Implement automated SQL generation tools, enabling the creation of SQL queries based on user-defined criteria or business needs using techniques such as query templates, metadata-driven generation, or machine learning algorithms.
• Develop new intellectual property (IP) in Singapore within your area of expertise.
• Manage collaborative projects with Institutes of Higher Learning or Research Institutes focused on new technology development.
• Provide short-term overseas support for process development as required.

Job Requirements:

• Master\'s Degree (with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience) or PhD (with at least 1 year of relevant experience) in:

• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Applied Sciences
• Statistics, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala for data manipulation and automation.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, with experience using tools like Informatica, Talend, or Airflow.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience deploying and managing data infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Ability to design and implement effective data models that represent business needs.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and validation techniques.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, or Ansible for streamlining data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms, beneficial for tasks like query optimization or anomaly detection.
