Define and implement the overall testing strategy and test plans.
Lead and manage a team of testers (manual and automation).
Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage.
Oversee test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Manage test environments and test data.
Identify and mitigate risks related to testing.
Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, TestComplete).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus
