You will be creating high-quality solutions to complex problems around data acquisition and integration into existing systems and data sets. • Design, execute, and automate data ETL pipelines from multiple data sources/data providers / public repositories using Veeva\'s proprietary data management tools and standard cloud data platforms
• Design, build, and manage web scraping solutions to crawl, extract and ingest data using various tools (Mozenda, custom-developed scripts, APIs, etc.)
• Support the planning and the execution of automated processes to clean and maintain data
• Design and build pipelines and data warehouses for analytical/reporting/dashboarding uses

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• 3+ years experience in SQL Oriented Data Engineer role, demonstrating strong SQL expertise
• Experience managing/implementing ETL processes and data platforms in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience Data Modelling Entity Relationship Diagrams, LDMs, PDMs, Normalized vs Denormalized Data Model design, Star Schemas
• Experience script data transformation via Python / Bash scripts
• Comfort designing reports and dashboards with Superset or similar tools

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
