As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Develop and operationalise high performance big data pipelines that support accurate and timely reporting as well as Machine Learning model training and inference.
• Build scalable data infrastructure and data models/datasets that make data more accessible and usable
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to maximize the value of data
• Participate actively in design and code reviews

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT or a related discipline.
• More than 2+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, Pyspark and Scala.
• Knowledge of Big Data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Impala, Hive, etc.
• Experience working in an ambiguous, low control yet fast paced startup environment
